Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SecureGap's services for personal and commercial security assessment purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SecureGap or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if SecureGap or a SecureGap authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
